Though I must admit my buddy Joost has excellent taste in women, as you can see below, I can’t help but to add my own personal favourite girl celeb on a bike. She is one of the most classy ladies ever, a true icon, and it’s another classy lady from Barcelona named Txell who actually found a photo of her on a bike.

Riding the red carpet

With the Cannes filmfestival and the nude cyclists from De Helaasheid der Dingen just behind us, I suddenly was wondering: has anybody ever ridden a bicycle on the red carpet? Riding it all chic and dressed up?
And guess what: someone has! This back and bike belongs to Canadian musician Danny Michel, and apparently he was riding the red carpet at the 2008 Junos as part of a bet.
We don’t know you, have never heard a single one of your tunes, but still: nice one Danny!

Still: one is not a lot. More celebs should ride the red carpet, that is what we think.
