So, last Saturday the Belgerinkel campaign landed in Aalst, also known as the Rio of Belgium. Now, I thought that carnival was held somewhere before Easter. Apparently, by the looks of this guys’ helmet, that is not the fact in Aalst…

Riding a bike is getting more and more fashionable. The bicycle manufacturers are starting to think like regular fashion designers and are creating styles for different seasons or occassions. You have your classic granny bikes, stylish country bikes, vintage bikes, urban cruisers… you name it, it’s there and it just might fit your style.
Same trend can be noticed in the accessories department. Cycle chic clothing shops are booming. And these days even the helmets are getting a style wash. So if you want to wear a helmet, but you hate how they usually look, you might find something more interesting and classy in the Yakkay-concept.
